Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of US$0.50 to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing ordinary issued shares of the Company. 

The block listing is as follows:

500,000 for the 2013 Standard Chartered Sharesave Plan

The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on The London Stock Exchange on 10 April 2014.
