Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 12,000,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.50 to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
This is split as follows:
5,000,000 for the 2006 Restricted Share Scheme
4,000,000 for the 2011 Standard Chartered Share Plan
3,000,000 for the 2004 International Sharesave Scheme
The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on The London Stock Exchange on 14 December 2012.
