Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 9,000,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.50 to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The 9,000,000 shares are split as follows:

5,500,000 ordinary shares for the Company's International Sharesave Scheme.

2,000,000 ordinary shares for the Company's Restricted Share Scheme.

1,000,000 ordinary shares for the Company's Performance Share Plan.

500,000 ordinary shares for the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on The London Stock Exchange on 16 July 2009.
