("Dover") through the nominees listed in Box 4 as of 11 December 2015.  Dover is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fullerton Management Pte Ltd ("FMPL") which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited ("Temasek"). (2)    Notification using shares in issue figure of 3,277,989,327 (819,497,331 voting rights based on 1 voting right for every US$2.00 nominal value of shares) as at close of business on 10 December 2015. (3)    The change in the holding of Dover, FMPL and Temasek from 17.19% to 15.77% is as a result of a combination of (i) increased number of shares and voting rights in issue pursuant to the rights issue; and (ii) a disposal/termination of a right to recall lent shares.
