Dover is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fullerton Management Pte Ltd (“FMPL”) which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”). Cavanagh is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte Ltd which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of FMPL.
(2) The 369,468,445 shares (92,367,111 voting rights based on 1 voting right for every US$2.00 nominal value of shares) comprise 368,122,597 shares (92,030,649 voting rights based on 1 voting right for every US$2.00 nominal value of shares) held by Dover and 1,345,848 shares (336,462 voting rights based on 1 voting right for every US$2.00 nominal value of shares) held by Cavanagh as of 15 May 2009.
