Repayment of GBP300,000,000 Undated Floating Rate Notes (the "Notes") issued by Standard Chartered PLC ("SCPLC")

SCPLC has today given notice in accordance with Terms and Conditions dated 18 June 1985 relating to the Notes (the "Terms") that, on 31 December 2021, it will repay all of the outstanding Notes at their principal amount together with Arrears of Interest (as defined in the Terms) in accordance with the Terms.
