Standard Chartered PLC Announces Board Changes

Further to the announcement made on 26 February 2015, Standard Chartered PLC today confirms that Bill Winters, who joined the Group on 1 May 2015 will be appointed to the Board as Group Chief Executive on 10 June 2015. Peter Sands, the current Group Chief Executive, will step down from the Board on 10 June 2015, having served on the Board since 2002.
