FY 12 Annual Accounts
Beyond Sportswear International Limited (the Company ) confirms it will be in a position to lodge its audited accounts for the financial year ending 30 June 2012, tomorrow.
The Company also confirms that activities to give effect to the proposed "spin-off" remain on target for completion by 2 November 2012. In particular, preparations for a proposed rights issue have commenced and the details of the this are expected to be formally announnced over the next week.
Licensing Agreement for Kea business
The Company is pleased to annouce that it has entered into an exclusive licence agreement with Hanesbrands Australia Pty Ltd ( Hanes ), a subsidiary of US company Hanesbrands Inc., for Hanes to use the Company’s Kea brand. Hanesbrands Inc. is a global consumer goods company with more than a century of history and a portfolio of leading apparel essentials. Hanes also has a strong and longstanding reputation in Australia as a leading retailer of sporting goods.
