Acquisition of Passionate About People Limited ("Passionate About People")

Staffline, the Recruitment and Training group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Passionate About People (the "acquisition").

Passionate About People was established in 1998 and comprises two companies: Omega Resource Group Limited, a leading UK provider of blue-collar, flexible, staffing solutions to the aerospace, automotive, construction, energy, logistics and manufacturing sectors, and Datum RPO Limited, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing solutions to blue-chip clients.

The acquisition is consistent with Staffline's strategy of accelerating the growth of its Recruitment division through select, complementary acquisitions that bring strategic benefits to the Group. The acquisition broadens the Group's UK footprint, in particular in South West England, with branches in Swindon and Gloucester and minimal overlap with the Group's existing presence.

In the year ended 30 June 2017, Passionate About People reported revenues of £72 million and an operating profit of £2 million. Consideration will be funded from Staffline's existing resources and is in line with our acquisition criteria.
