Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 12 November 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold and purchased 55,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.459 per Ordinary Share.

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, as at 12 November 2025, was 34,972,456 Ordinary Shares. As a result of this transaction, there was no change in overall ownership of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, which represented 28.16% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company at that date.
