Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 1 August 2023, Martina McKenzie, MD, Recruitment Ireland purchased 55,404 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.96 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Martina McKenzie, has a resulting notifiable interest in 577,153 Ordinary Shares.
