Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 9 February 2023, Albert Ellis, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.75p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Albert Ellis, has a resulting notifiable interest in 522,457 Ordinary Shares.
