DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Staffline announces that it has been notified today that Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive entered into a transaction for the sale of shares in the Company on 5 September 2013 in response to institutional demand.

Andy Hogarth has sold 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £5.40.  Following the sale he will continue to be a significant shareholder in the Company, holding 5.8 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The shares sold have been placed with institutional investors procured by Liberum Capital Limited, the Company's Nomad and Broker.
