DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Staffline announces that it has been notified today that Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive, and Tim Jackson, Finance Director, entered into transactions for the sale of shares in the Company on 27 March 2013 in response to institutional demand.

Andy Hogarth has sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £3.92.  Following the sale he will continue to be a significant shareholder in the Company, holding 8.8 per cent. of the issued share capital. Tim Jackson has sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £3.92.

The shares sold have been placed with institutional investors procured by Liberum Capital Limited, the Company's Nomad and Broker.
