Appointment of Auditor

Staffline, the recruitment and training group, is pleased to announce it has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") as its new auditor with immediate effect, following a competitive tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee.

Grant Thornton will audit the Company's full year results for the year ending December 2019, currently expected to be published in March 2020.

Grant Thornton replaces PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, which has been the Company's auditor since 2015.
