Board Update

Staffline, the Staffing and Employability organisation, providing people and operational expertise to industry, announces that Dame Christine Braddock has notified the Board of her intention to step down from her role as Non-Executive Director at this year's Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2016. Christine has taken on the Chairmanship of both The Birmingham Children's Hospital and the Birmingham Women's Hospital as they move towards merger and major redevelopment. This will now restrict her availability to spend time in the business and so Christine feels that she needs to step down at the end of her term.

The Group intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and an external search process to find a new Non-Executive Director will now commence. A further announcement will be made as appropriate in due course.
