Board Change

The Board of Staffline, the national outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, today announces the following board changes.

Tim Jackson, currently Group Finance Director has informed the Board that he wishes to leave the company to pursue other personal and career opportunities.  Tim has served as Finance Director of Staffline for over four years overseeing a significant number of strategic bolt-on acquisitions and the delivery of substantial revenue and profit growth. With Staffline having now delivered significant operational improvement Tim has decided that this is the right time for him to step down and he will leave the Group on 31 July 2013.

In addition, Staffline are pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Ledgard as Group Finance Director and executive member of the board from 9 October 2013.

Philip, aged 36, is currently Finance Director for G4S Integrated Services ('IS'), leading the finance, commercial and IT functions. During his time with G4S IS Philip has overseen a period of major growth, delivering improved cash flow generation and the re-organisation and continual development of the finance and IT teams.

Prior to his role as Finance Director for G4S IS Philip was Regional Financial Controller for G4S UK and Ireland.  His professional qualification was earned with PwC in 2000.
