On December 18, 2015, Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and its group has informed

us according to the article 8 and 9 of the Luxembourg Transparency Law that on November 30, 2015 the indirectly held voting rights of Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd, Securities Services Nominees Limited, State Street Bank & Trust Boston and Vidacos Nominees Ltd on Stabilus S.A., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (ISIN: LU1066226637) have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights in Stabilus S.A. amounting to 5.11% of the voting rights (which corresponds to 1,059,052 voting rights) on this day. The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held is as follows:

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited has control over 5.11% of the voting rights of Stabilus S.A. by virtue of its appointment as an investment manager of the funds and portfolios of the Ameriprise Financial, Inc. group of companies. Shares in the Stabilus S.A. are registered in the names of the entities stated above, however these entities do not have voting control over shares in Stabilus S.A. Instead, voting control over the shares is delegated to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited under contractual arrangements.

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited is wholly owned by TC Financing Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, which is itself wholly owned by TAM UK Holdings Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle Holdings Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, which is itself wholly owned by Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH, which is itself wholly owned by Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
