In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at close of business on 30 July 2015 the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 523,516,210 ordinary shares of 15p each with voting rights. The Company holds nil ordinary shares of 15p each in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in St. James’s Place plc is 523,516,210.
