PDMR – transfer of shares

SJP announces the following changes in SJP shares held by its Chief Executive Officer, David Bellamy.

On 27 November 2013, David Bellamy transferred by way of gift 50,000 shares into a charitable trust, in which he and certain family members are trustees. The shares are not to be sold at this time and will be held by the trustees on a non-beneficial basis.

Mr Bellamy’s beneficial and non-beneficial interests in ordinary shares of SJP after the above transaction remain unchanged as follows:

1,281,209.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
