CFO SUCCESSION UPDATE
St. James's Place plc is pleased to announce that, further to an announcement made on 13 June 2024, Caroline Waddington has received the requisite regulatory approvals and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company on 16 September 2024. Craig Gentle will step down as a Director of the Company on 11 October 2024 and will remain with the business for a short period to facilitate an orderly handover.
