DIRECTOR UPDATE
St. James's Place plc confirms that, as announced on 9 November 2023, Dominic Burke has stepped down as a Director of the Company on 31 January 2024 to enable him to commit time to his new role with Aptia. Whilst plans to recruit a further non-executive director to carry out the role of Senior Independent Director and to sit on certain board committees are advanced, the Board has agreed that John Hitchins will act as the interim Senior Independent Director until a permanent appointment is made. Lesley-Ann Nash has also agreed to join the Group Audit Committee on an interim basis. Both appointments are with effect from 31 January 2024.
