St. James's Place plc announces Non-executive Director Change
St. James's Place plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosemary Hilary to its Board as a Non-executive Director with effect from 17 October 2019. Upon appointment, Rosemary will be a member of the Board Risk Committee and Board Audit Committee.
Since 2016, Rosemary has been a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Willis Ltd; a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Record plc; and a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee of Vitality Life and Vitality Health.
Rosemary was formerly a member of the Investment Committee and Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee of the Pension Protection Fund (2016 to 2019) and Trustee and member of the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee of Shelter, the homelessness charity.
Rosemary was Chief Internal Auditor at TSB Bank from 2013 to 2016 and prior to that, from 1989 to 2013, she held a number of senior positions at the Financial Conduct Authority (formerly the Financial Services Authority) and the Bank of England. Rosemary is a Chartered Certified Accountant, FCCA.

There is no other information regarding Rosemary Hilary's appointment to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
St. James's Place plc is also pleased to announce that Dawn Hyams was appointed as a Non-executive Director on the Board of its unit trust manager, St. James's Place Unit Trust Group Limited, with effect from 30 September 2019.
