Board changes

St. James’s Place plc (“SJP”), the wealth management group, announces that Vivian Bazalgette, independent non-executive director, has decided that he wishes to step down from the Board from 30th June for family reasons.

Sarah Bates, Chairman, said:

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Vivian for his contribution to the Investment Committee and to the Board over the last three years and to convey the Board’s best wishes for the future. Vivian has chaired the Investment Committee with great skill during one of the busiest periods of manager changes and growth in funds under management for the business. David Lamb will take over as Chair of the Investment Committee from 1 July.”
