Result of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

At SJP plc’s Annual General Meeting, held on 4 May 2017, all the Resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2R of the Listing Rules, SJP plc has submitted a copy of the Resolutions passed at the meeting (other than Resolutions concerning ordinary business) to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism.
