Result of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

At SJP plc’s Annual General Meeting, held on 14 May 2015, all the Resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2R of the Listing Rules, SJP plc has submitted a copy of the Resolutions passed at the meeting (other than Resolutions concerning ordinary business) to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism. These documents will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
