TRADING HALT

The securities of St George Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 12 March 2018, or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 St George Mining Limited (“St George Mining” or “Company”) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

It is anticipated that the announcement will be released to the ASX by commencement of normal trade on 12 March 2018, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.1 and ASX Operating Rule 16.4.2.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt should not be granted.
