Issue of Unlisted Performance Rights

A total of 2,412,992 Unlisted Performance Rights have been granted to senior executives pursuant to the St Barbara Limited Performance Rights Plan, as adopted by shareholders at the St Barbara Annual General Meeting held on 18 November 2010, and the conditions set out in the Notice of Meeting distributed to shareholders on 15 October, 2010.
