Issue and Allotment of Shares

Further to the Company's previous announcements in respect of its private placement, pursuant to Listing Rule 7.1 we advise that the following shares have been issued and allotted as part and finalisation of the private placement previously announced, and as authorised by a resolution of the Board passed on 19 July 2004:

Resource Capital Fund II L.P. 26,591,453 shares

These shares represent proceeds of $1,223,207 of the total placement of $3,709,312. These funds will be applied towards working capital.
