St Barbara appoints new Company Secretary

St Barbara Limited (ASX:SBM) (the Company ) wishes to advise of the appointment of Ms Sarah Standish as Company Secretary, effective today. Ms Standish replaces Mr Rowan Cole who has been Company Secretary since 28 March 2014.

Mr Cole resigned from the role of Company Secretary with effect from today. Mr Tim Netscher, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, thanked Mr Cole for his contribution and support during his time at the Company.

Ms Standish will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
