Retirement of Ms Ines Scotland as Non-Executive Director

St Barbara Limited announces the retirement of Ms Ines Scotland as a Non-Executive Director of the Company due to personal reasons, effective immediately.

Ms Scotland joined the Board in September 2013, and has served as a member of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee and, since March 2014, as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board expresses its appreciation to Ms Scotland for her valuable contribution to Board deliberations, especially during the Managing Director & CEO transition last year, and wishes her well for the future.

A search will be commenced for a suitable replacement for Ms Scotland.
