Change of Company Secretary

St Barbara Limited advises that as part of the previously announced corporate cost cutting measures, Mr Ross Kennedy has resigned as Company Secretary, effective today.

Mr Kennedy will be continuing with St Barbara in an Executive role until 1 July 2014.

The Board wishes to thank Ross for his work as Company Secretary over the past nine and a half years and for his contribution as a senior Executive of the Company. We wish him well in his future endeavours.

Mr Rowan Cole has been appointed Company Secretary of St Barbara Limited, effective today.
