Resignation of Ms Betsy Donaghey as a Non-Executive Director

Ms Betsy Donaghey, who joined the Board of St Barbara Limited in April 2011, has advised she will be resigning as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30 June 2014 to take up a full time executive role in another company.

Ms Donaghey served as a member of the Board’s Remuneration and Health and Safety Committees. The Board acknowledges her valuable contribution as a Non-Executive Director and wishes her well in her new career.

Consistent with the Company's resolve to reduce costs across the entire business, the Board has decided not to seek a replacement director at this time.
