Appointment of Mr Phil Uttley as Executive General Manager Exploration

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Phil Uttley as the new Executive General Manager Exploration of St Barbara to take effect from 28 September 2009.

Mr Uttley is an experienced Exploration Executive with 35 years of industry experience having held senior positions in Sino Gold, SRK Consulting and Renison Goldfields Consolidated (formerly Gold Fields). He has a B.Sc Hons. (Geol. & Mineral) from University of Queensland and is an experienced exploration geologist, with a demonstrated track record in gold discoveries and establishment of resources for gold production.
