Retirement of Mr Hank Tuten as a Director
Mr Hank Tuten has resigned as a Non‐executive Director of St Barbara Limited, with immediate effect.
A Director since 26 March 2002, Mr Tuten as a representative of Resource Capital Funds has made a significant contribution to the re‐emergence of St Barbara as an Australian explorer and gold producer.
On behalf of the Board, I thank Mr Tuten for this contribution and support, and wish him well for the future.
