Change of Name to St Barbara Limited
The recent Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the change of Company name from St Barbara Mines Limited to St Barbara Limited. The new name better reflects the involvement of the Company in the exploration and development of mineral resources, as well as mining.
The necessary forms have been lodged with ASIC advising the effective date for the change is 20 December 2005.
ASX have confirmed that the existing ASX Company code, SBM, will continue.
