Appointment of Company Secretary
Mr Alan Rule has resigned as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of St Barbara Mines Limited.
Mr Edwin Leith (Lee) Boyd has been appointed Company Secretary with effect from today. Mr Boyd has recently taken up the position of Manager Commercial & Corporate for the Company.
