Additional Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 2,711,000 ordinary shares of 117/200 pence each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.  Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 10 December 2025.

The New Shares are being issued in connection with the vesting and/or exercise of awards under the terms of the following employee share schemes:

Long Term Incentive Plan	2,700,000
International Share Incentive Plan	11,000

When issued, the New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
