Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

Application has been made to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a block listing of 1,541,000 ordinary shares of 117/200 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is anticipated that the Shares will be admitted on 15 December 2023.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in connection with the grant, vesting and/or exercise of awards under the terms of the following employee share schemes:

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
