Admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange

Following the announcement on 17 June 2014 by SSP Group plc ("SSP"), a leading international operator of branded food and beverage outlets in travel locations, of its intention to proceed with an initial public offering (the "Global Offer"), SSP is pleased to announce that its entire issued ordinary share capital of 474,999,954 ordinary shares (the "Shares") has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "SSPG".
