Goldman Sachs International (contact: John Bentinck; telephone: +44 (0)20 7774 1000) hereby gives notice that the Stabilising Manager named below and its affiliates may stabilise the offer of the following securities in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 implementing the Market Abuse Directive (2003/6/EC).

The securities:

Securities: Ordinary shares of the Issuer (ISIN No. GB00BNGWY422)
Offering size: 263,738,787 Shares
Offer price: GBP 2.10 per Share
Stabilisation:
Stabilising Manager: Goldman Sachs International, Peterborough Court, 133 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2BB
Stabilisation period expected to start on: 10 July 2014
Stabilisation period expected to end no later than: 8 August 2014
Maximum size of over-allotment facility: Up to  34,400,712 Shares
Over-allotment Option:
Terms: The Issuer has granted Goldman Sachs International, in its capacity as stabilisation manager and for the account of the underwriters, the option to acquire up to an additional 34,400,712 Shares at the offer price.
Duration: This option may be executed at any time during the stabilisation period.
