Notification of transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") 

The Company makes the following announcement regarding the release of a conditional share award made under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (an "Award") over ordinary shares of 1 17/200  pence nominal value in the capital of the Company (the "Shares").

The Award was granted in connection with the deferral of 100% of the PDMR's bonus for the financial year ended 30 September 2021. The Shares were subject to a three-year holding period from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2024 and released on 1 October 2024.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
