(the "Company")

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company has been notified that the persons set out in the tables below, each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), were granted awards taking the form of nil cost options or conditional share awards ("Awards") to acquire ordinary shares of 117/200 pence each ("Shares") on the dates and at the prices set out below under the Company's Restricted Share Plan (the "RSP").

The number of Shares subject to the Awards has been determined by reference to the closing price of the Company's Shares on the day before the Awards were granted, being £2.263 per Share.

The RSP Awards have been granted subject to the satisfaction of performance underpins measured over a three-year period from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2026.  Following vesting, the Shares under the RSP Awards held by the Group CEO and the Deputy Group CEO & CFO will be subject to a two-year holding period.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
