SSP Group plc, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, confirms that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 25th March 2021. An update on first half trading will be given on the same day. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at that meeting will be included in the notice of the Annual General Meeting that will be sent to shareholders in February 2021.
