The Company announces that the  person set out in the table below, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), has transacted in ordinary shares of 117/200 pence nominal value in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") in connection with an award granted under the Restricted Share Plan (the "RSP Award").
