Notification of transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and/or their connected person in accordance with Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014

Following the Company's half-year results announcement on 3 June, 2020, the Company announces that Dr Gail Davies, wife of Mr Jonathan Davies, Chief Financial Officer, sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 June, 2020.  This share sale was principally to facilitate the purchase of a property undertaken prior to the onset of COVID-19.

Mr and Dr Davies continue to hold 1,218,025 ordinary shares in the Company.
