Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.4R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 7 January 2016 by Computershare Trustees Limited, the trustee of the UK Share Incentive Plan ("UK SIP"), that on 6 January 2016 the persons set out in the table below, each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the UK SIP at a price of £3.09 per Share and were also awarded Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Share element of the UK SIP.

The UK SIP is a share plan available to all of the Company's UK employees, subject to qualifying conditions. 

The number of Shares purchased by and awarded to PDMRs under the terms of the Plan is as follows:
