Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 31 October 2025, its issued share capital consists of 797,773,564 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each with voting rights.

There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 797,773,564.

This figure of 797,773,564 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
