Posting of 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On 4 December 2025, the Company published its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2025. The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ending 30 September 2025, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy.

Copies of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on 23 January 2026 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL.
