Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 447,356,585 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each (excluding treasury shares), all of which have voting rights.  The Company also holds 263,499 ordinary shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.

This figure of 447,356,585 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
